This is the fastest way to send a task. It provides a guide to define your requirements. Our team of Project Managers will understand more clearly and begin working on it.

###### 2. Send a task through the PowerPoint add-in:

Using the PowerPoint Software is the easiest way. You can choose the slides to work on directly for the presentations you’re working on and add instructions as well. However, you will not have the option to select a specific deadline for your task.

###### 3. Send a task through mail:

It makes the process more natural for users, however there might be size restrictions for your email provider.

| Pro tip: Use the PowerPoint Software or SlideHub Platform portal to avoid any size limitations – some email providers oftentimes have a size limitation of 20mb depending on your server settings.

### What should I include when sending a task?
* Input slides.
* Master template - if your input slides are not in the master you want.
* Instructions - please provide what [type of work](/en-us/article/which-types-of-design-support-can-i-order-9pojeo/) you need.
* Deadline - state the latest time when you would like to receive the task. Please make sure to state which time zone your timestamps are referring to when you send the task through email.
