# How can I change Illustrations settings?

To change standard Illustration settings, go to the Manage view > Asset Setting > click on the [Illustrations tab](https://ppt.slidehub.io/#/asset-settings/illustrations) .

**1) Decide whether you want user to have access to Illustrations provided by SlideHub.**

**2) You are also able to limit the use of Illustrations to only managers, if you prefer by clicking managers only.**

**3) By scrolling down you will have an overview of all the Illustration styles.** You are able to set a default and multiple preferred styles, that you believe fits your company branding the most. This is helpful as end-user will be ale to see which are the company preferred illustrations.

The default option will be the primary one, but end-users can also choose among the preferred ones. When end-users don’t select a style and just immediately search for an illustration, the default illustration style will be shown in the search results.

**3.1 If  you only want users to use preferred illustration you can set that up by going to the ‘Determine users access to none preferred illustrations’ and choose ‘No access to non-preferred illustrations’.**

| Pro tip: "Full Access" lets your team reach any style, which helps when you work in a client's own template. With "No access to non-preferred illustrations", whatever anyone picks already matches your brand, so teams can tailor materials without anyone checking afterwards.

**If you made any changes to the settings don't forget to click 'Save all' before closing the window.**
