How to provide design service task-level feedback/ratings?
After receiving your file, you are able to provide a rating for the task and any feedback you would like to pass on to our team. You can do so via the emails you receive from SlideHub with your returned files, by clicking on the numbers you see below your file link, or by going to the Platform > Send Task > Task Overview > Complete. Click on ‘Rate now’ for the specific task you would like to rate.


Feedback that is general to your organization, will be stored on the company guidelines and notes, and used on tasks for other requesters going forward. Feedback that is specific to you will be stored on your account and will only be used on your tasks going forward.
The more feedback you are able to provide, the better SlideHub can learn and tailor our work to your specific tastes and needs. Your insights help us improve and deliver better results in the future. And these ratings are also how we determine if we are doing a good job for a specific company.
