# How to insert icons, flags or  logos

To insert icons, flags or logos first open the SlideHub side panel in PowerPoint, Excel or Word. These are the apps where icon, flag and logo insertion is available. 

Then click on the button that says: “**Insert icons, flags or logos**”

You can choose between the Standard Icons SlideHub offers or the ones uploaded by your company. 

Icons, flags and logos are brand foundations in the same way company images are, so keeping them in SlideHub means everyone reaches for the same approved set instead of searching the internet. 

### Standard Icons

Click on the style you want and type in the keyword in the search bar. There might be some icons unavailable to you based on the restrictions set by your company manager. 

### Can I change the color of the standard icons?

Yes. You can choose from your color palettes or a custom color. 
To do it, just go to the right side, where it says: “Change color”

Select a palette you prefer or pick a custom color.

Once you have selected a preferred color, inserted icons will appear with that color. You can also change this after they have been inserted into your file.

### Company Icons
 
Company icons are uploaded just by your company’s managers or gatekeepers, and only people in your company can see these.  In addition to search, you can filter your company icons by categories (if set up by your manager).

### Flags

In this section, you can look for different countries' flags. You can even look for cities and the corresponding country flag will show up.

### Logos

In this section, you will be able to search and insert logos, thus saving lots of time searching on the internet for concrete branding elements of different companies.
