I can’t login to my SlideHub account
Scenario 1: Account disabled
You have received an email notification that your SlideHub account has been deactivated and you see the below message in the login page:
Solution: Simply click on the ‘Logout’ button and login again using the normal login method chosen by your organization (work email / Microsoft 365 / Google). If your account has been activated again, you should be able to access your company’s library without any issue. If you are still not able to log in and you believe that your account has been deactivated by mistake, please contact success@slidehub.com
Scenario 2: Unsure of login method
You have been invited to join an existing SlideHub account but you don’t know which login option to pick.
Solution: Click on ‘Accept Invite’ in the email to accept the invite. Your company might have chosen a specific login method for everyone to login in some cases.
If you try to sign in with a login method that is not the one that your company have chosen (e.g. you try to login through Microsoft 365 but your company has set up Single sign-on), you will see a message that asks you to login with a different login method like the one below. In this case, please login with the method specified. SSO means logging in with your work email.
Scenario 3: Forgotten password
You have previously logged in to SlideHub by using email and password but you have forgotten your password.
Solution: Click on ‘Reset your password’ button and enter your work email address in the next page. You should receive a password reset email in your inbox shortly (though sometimes it can end up in your spam/junk folder so please check there as well) and you can proceed with resetting your password.
Scenario 4: Unsure of access
You might have heard of your colleagues using SlideHub but you haven’t received any invitation email and currently don’t have access to the account.
Solution: Reach out to success@slidehub.com and we will help you to figure out whether your company has a SlideHub subscription or not and connect you with your company’s account owner.
