I can't upload files

There are two main reasons why you can’t upload files to your SlideHub content library. The same limits apply to every asset you add, whether it is a single slide, a full presentation or a document.

1) Your files are too heavy

If you are trying to save a lot of content to your organization’s approved content library, we recommend doing it in batches. Please note file sizes are limited based on the upload method. If you're using a web browser, each upload must be under 200MB, while PowerPoint add-in uploads (add or suggest slides) are capped at 100MB

When you upload files, it's important to know that there are some size limitations to how big the size of the files can be:

• Files under 100MB will upload smoothly without any warnings
• For files between 100MB and 200MB, you’ll receive a warning indicating that the size may affect the speed of downloading or inserting the slides
• Files over 200MB won't be uploaded into the library

2) You are using an old Safari web browser

Unfortunately, old versions of Safari limits certain functions for SlideHub. If you wish to upload content, you should use a modern web browser (e.g. Chrome). You can change your default browser on your Mac settings.

Which file types can I upload?

Presentations, slides and documents are uploaded to your company library as .pptx, .docx and .xlsx files. Images and icons are added from their own tabs in the manage view: see How to add and manage company Images? for JPEGs, PNGs and SVGs, and How to add Icons to my company library? for SVG icons.
