# I get the prompt in PowerPoint that I need to ‘upgrade Office to unlock usage’, despite having a supported Microsoft Office version

If you cannot access some of the in-app SlideHub functionality in PowerPoint, Word, Excel or Outlook (e.g. inserting slides directly into an active presentation), and you know that your company only allow access to Microsoft Office through Citrix servers, it is likely that the firewall settings of the server has prevented the normal usage. 

Your Citrix admin would have to double check that SlideHub URL ( [https://ppt.slidehub.com](https://ppt.slidehub.com)  and (and the /* subpages), ideally also [https://app.slidehub.com](https://app.slidehub.com)) within the Citrix configuration is whitelisted.  

Whitelisting these URLs enables SlideHub everywhere it runs, in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook as well as the web app, not only in PowerPoint.

Without changing the firewall settings, Citrix could cause a redirect away from PowerPoint and into the browser when users try to access SlideHub from PowerPoint.
