How to find returned files?

Returned files can be accessed via the SlideHub platform in the completed task overview. To find it go to Send Task > Task Overview > Complete. You will also receive an email with the finished file directly to your email.

How long do the files get stored?

As a default, files are stored for 180 days on our servers but this can be changed by anyone with a manager role under Security tab within the Service Settings.
