# Where do I find my delivered files?


### How to find returned files?
Returned files **can be accessed via the SlideHub platform in the** [**completed task overview**](https://ppt.slidehub.io/#/task-overview/company/complete)**.** To find it go to Send Task > Task Overview > [Complete](https://ppt.slidehub.io/#/task-overview/company/complete). You will also receive **an email with the finished file directly to your email.**

### How long do the files get stored?
As a default, files are stored for 180 days on our servers but this can be changed by anyone with a manager role under [Security](https://ppt.slidehub.io/#/service-settings/security) tab within the Service Settings.
