Why can't I see the SlideHub icon on PowerPoint anymore?

Unfortunately, the add-in sometimes disappears from the PowerPoint ribbon.

We have flagged this with Microsoft and are working to resolve the issue permanently,

However, to fix this short term you can do either reinstall or reset the ribbon as shown below:

Fix by Re-Installing the PowerPoint Software Again

For new version of Office / Microsoft 365

Go to the "Home" tab at the top
Click on the "Add-ins" button

Click on “Get Add-ins"

Type SlideHub and click on search. You'll find SlideHub (PowerPoint only) and SlideHub M365 (this is more relevant for you IT team but you can choose to download this one too) - choose the one you would like to add.
Click on the "Add" button

By clicking on "Continue" you accept the terms and conditions, and you are able see it now on your PowerPoint top Ribbon.

For older version of Office / Microsoft 365

Go to the “Insert” tab at the top
Click on the “Get Add-ins" button

Type SlideHub (no spaces) and click on search. You'll find SlideHub (PowerPoint only) and SlideHub M365 (this is more relevant for you IT team but you can choose to download this one too) - choose the one you would like to add.

Click on the “Add” button

Accept the terms and conditions and see it now on your PowerPoint top Ribbon.

Fix it by resetting all customizations

Right-click on the ribbon where you usually see the SlideHub Add-In

Click on Customize the Ribbon and go to the bottom part of the window, where it says “Customizations”
Choose the option “Reset all customizations”

Click on “OK”

This will bring any erased Add-Ins back to your account.
