You can find the Key presentation shortcut both in the Task pane and in the platform. It's a dedicated shortcut that can be set up by admins, that provides quick access to your team's most important or frequently used presentations. With just one click, you can instantly open key files without searching, streamlining your workflow and boosting efficiency.

This helps your team access critical files quickly with just one click

1) Find the presentations you would like to add to the key presentations shortcut (e.g. frequently used presentations) in the manage view.

2) Go to edit presentation view by clicking on the cogwheel icon⚙️.

3) Turn the Add to key presentation shortcut list toggle on.

4) Update your settings.
