How to create Text Snippets?
Save time and share standard copy and text (such as terms and conditions and company description) across PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

1) Go to manage view and click on the "Text Snippets" tab. Here you'll have an overview of all your text snippets if you have any
2) To create a new one, click on "Add New"
3) Add and format your text, and make sure to give it a clear title so your colleagues can find it easily and then click on "Continue"
4) Click on "Continue". Select the relevant categories and subcategories, and then click "Save & continue". That's it!
To use them, simply click on the copy button to copy the text and then just insert it with Ctrl+V or right click on the mouse and select "Paste"
