What are icon and image placeholders and how to use them?
With icon and image placeholders, you can easily customize your documents and presentations by choosing the relevant images and icons to make them more impactful.
Image placeholder
Once the slide or document is set up with an image placeholder, end-users will see the placeholder badge on the thumbnail image of the slide or document. If admins have chosen to filter the end-users options for the image placeholder, end-users are only going to choose from the images in the specific category, sub-category or tags.

Users can select the relevant image for the slide. In this example, the user can choose his/her photo as a sales rep to be inserted to the slide to add more personalization.

How the finalized slide looks like when the specific image is selected:

Icon placeholder
Once the slide or document is set with an icon placeholder, end-users will see the placeholder badge on the thumbnail image of the slide or document. If admins have chosen to filter the end-users options for the icon placeholder, end-users are only going to choose from the icons in the specific category, sub-category or tags or off-the-shelf assets (logo).
