What technologies does SlideHub use?

SlideHub is sales content management for companies that sell using Microsoft 365. It covers slides, presentations, documents, PDFs, images, icons and text snippets across PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook and web, on Windows and Mac. The technologies behind it are listed below.

Amazon Web Services (AWS)

SlideHub uses AWS for storing and securing client files. Data is hosted in the EU, in the AWS Ireland region, under GDPR.

Zendesk

SlideHub uses Zendesk as our ticket handling system.

Framework

The SlideHub platform is developed in Laravel and is always kept updated to the newest version of the framework.

Microsoft Teams

SlideHub uses Microsoft Teams for internal communications.

Security and compliance

For IT and security reviews, SlideHub is:

SOC 2 Type II
Cyber Essentials certified
A Microsoft 365 certified application
Hosted on AWS in Ireland (EU), under GDPR
