How is the Estimated Time Saved calculated in the Statistics overview?
The Statistics Overview in SlideHub now includes an Estimated Time Saved metric, helping you understand the time your team has saved over the last six months by using SlideHub. This estimate is also visualized in a monthly breakdown graph for a more detailed view.

We estimate time savings by calculating the number of assets downloaded or actions taken in SlideHub and comparing that to the time it would typically take to manually find or create those same assets, or perform those same actions, without SlideHub.
For each action, we estimate the minimum and maximum time (in minutes) it would typically take to complete without SlideHub. We then multiply these values by the number of times that action was performed. To generate the graph, we also calculate an average time per action and apply the same multiplication.
The larger overview displays the range of minimum and maximum time saved, offering a more comprehensive view of the past six months' estimated time savings.
The monthly graph in the Statistics Overview shows the average estimated time saved per month, providing a clearer monthly overview to help you better track usage.
We hope this feature helps you better track the direct impact of SlideHub on your team’s workflow - saving valuable time and boosting efficiency.
