Post-rebrand - How do I update company assets in my SlideHub library after rebrand?
You have got a brand-new master template after the rebrand and now it is time to update all the assets that you have in the library to ensure they are aligning with the up-to-date brand guidelines.
Go to Manage Assets > Template > click on ‘Replace file’ to upload the new master template to the library, click on ‘Update’.

Go to Manage Assets > Inspiration Colors. You can click on ‘create new’ to create the new inspiration color palette using the new template you have just updated. Afterwards, you can delete the old color palette.

Tip 1: Make sure to go to ‘Manage assets’ view of the team libraries to update the slides in each library as well.
Tip 2: You can use the ‘slide type’ filter in Manage Assets view to filter out presentations and stand-alone slides.
Download presentations one by one from the library
Adjust the downloaded presentation to the new master template
Find the presentation in the library and click on the ‘cog wheel’ button and click on ‘Replace slides’ button to upload the presentation with the new master template and click on ‘Update’. This will keep all the labelling and statistics of the original presentation.

Go to ‘Manage Assets’ view and use the ‘slide type’ filter to filter out all the standalone slides in the library
You can select all the standalone slides and click on the ‘Download’ button to download all of them in one file. Maximum 30 slides can be downloaded at once in a single file.
You can check from the number next to the paper clip icon underneath the thumbnail image to find out whether the standalone slide is part of any presentation. You should pick the slides that are not part of any presentation and the number should show 0

Adjust the downloaded slides to the new master template.
Go back to ‘Manage Assets’ view in the library and click on ‘Update Multiple’ to reupload the file with all standalone slides now adjusted to the new master. The slides will be automatically checked with the existing slides in the library and be updated accordingly.
