Forms allow you to automate the creation of customized PowerPoint presentations and Word documents. By filling out a simple form, the system uses intelligent logic and dynamic placeholders to automatically generate professional, on-brand documents.

This feature saves time, reduces errors, and ensures consistency across all your company documents.

💡To get started, make sure your document is already set up with correct placeholders. (image placeholders, standard text placeholders or section placeholders)

How Forms work

When you set up a Form, you create a questionnaire that collects specific information from users. Based on their answers, the system automatically:

Populates placeholders with the correct information
Inserts or skips entire sections
Generates a customized document ready to use

Common use cases: Employment contracts, Client proposals, Policy documents, Terms and conditions, Benefit packages.

What happens after the document is generated

The tailored document does not have to end up as an email attachment. You can share it externally with Send & Track: add the file to a shared link, decide what the recipient is allowed to download, and send the link instead. SlideHub then records when the link was opened, which pages were looked at and for how long, so you can see what actually landed before you follow up.
